The Role:

In this position, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued guests, managing the front desk operations during our peak weekend hours. You will ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes while providing personalized recommendations for local attractions.

Responsibilities

  • Execute seamless check-in and check-out procedures for guests arriving on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
  • Manage the front desk queue efficiently, maintaining a low wait time while upholding service standards.

Qualifications
