Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at check-in/check-out and throughout guest stays
- Manage reservations and room assignments using property management systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness protocols in all public areas
- Assist with special events and weekend group check-ins
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Basic proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Valid New Mexico driver's license (for airport runs)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Spanish language skills highly desirable
