Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest check-in/check-out services with warm professionalism
- Manage room assignments and VIP requests using Opera property management system
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with prompt, solution-oriented approach
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Execute upselling strategies for premium room packages and amenities
- Monitor security procedures and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience required
- Proficiency with hospitality software (Opera, Cloudbeds, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills in English; bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Nevada Gaming Card certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
