Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and concierge assistance
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping for optimal guest satisfaction
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain pristine lobby areas and public spaces according to resort standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Proficient in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
