Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with warm professionalism
- Manage room assignments and key distribution accurately
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold stringent cleanliness and safety standards throughout the lobby and common areas
- Assist with event setup and guest transportation coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Proficient in hotel management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California driver's license (for va duties)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic knowledge of San Francisco attractions and transportation
- Food Handler's Certificate or willingness to obtain
