Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, and valet stations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with precision and warmth
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Uphold brand standards across all guest touchpoints
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel or high-end hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability for weekends (Fri-Sun)
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Michigan driver's license (if vaunt role required)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of Detroit attractions and events
- Fluent English; Spanish a plus
