Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes with personalized service
- Handle reservation inquiries, room assignments, and special requests
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Process payments and manage POS systems with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for optimal operations
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety protocols in public areas
- Assist with event setup and VIP guest services during peak weekends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months hospitality/customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs regularly
- Texas Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
