Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and visitors upon arrival to the hotel.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby area, ensuring all public spaces meet our high aesthetic standards.
- Guest Assistance: Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and local directions.
- Event Support: Support weekend banquets and events by setting up tables, serving refreshments, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Front Desk Support: Assist front desk staff with administrative tasks, filing, and data entry during peak weekend hours.
- Facility Maintenance: Monitor public restrooms and common areas, reporting any maintenance needs immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and have flexibility for early morning shifts.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Proven track record of being punctual and dependable in previous roles.
- Customer Service: Basic understanding of customer service principles; willingness to learn is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move throughout the property.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
