Responsibilities
- Execute smooth check-in and check-out procedures for guests with a focus on efficiency and courtesy.
- Manage room assignments, resolve guest inquiries, and handle complaints professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist in housekeeping coordination and maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the public areas and front desk.
- Process payments accurately using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Collaborate with the kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service during high-traffic weekend periods.
- Monitor security cameras and maintain a safe environment for all guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
- Availability to work weekends, including Friday nights and Saturday/Sunday shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with computers and basic hotel software (training provided).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
