Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend front desk operations including check-in/check-out processes
- Train and mentor part-time staff on service excellence standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with personalized solutions
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Implement weekend promotional strategies to maximize occupancy
- Conduct daily inspections of public spaces and guest rooms
- Assist with event coordination for weekend weddings and conferences
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel management or senior hospitality experience
- Proven weekend shift leadership in luxury properties
- Expert knowledge of Opera or similar PMS systems
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid Missouri Food Handler's certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
