Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs.
- Lead and mentor the weekend front desk team, providing training and support.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with the utmost professionalism.
- Manage cash handling, opening and closing the hotel safely and securely.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hotel policies.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve guest issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel front desk or guest services.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Hospitality preferred.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
