Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front-desk service, including efficient check-ins, check-outs, and concierge assistance.
- Manage room assignments and reservations accurately using hotel PMS to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a pristine and organized front desk area and lobby environment.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and timely turnarounds.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions with strict attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
