Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm hospitality
- Manage room reservations and address guest inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Execute upselling opportunities for premium room packages
- Maintain pristine lobby and common area presentation
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera)
- Basic cash handling and point-of-sale knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be available for weekend availability (Fri-Sun)
- Nebraska hospitality certification a plus
