Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional front-desk service, check-ins, and check-outs with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Housekeeping Support: Assist in maintaining the pristine condition of guest rooms and common areas.
- Concierge Assistance: Offer local recommendations and assistance with hotel amenities to ensure a memorable stay.
- Security & Safety: Monitor hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff.
- Event Support: Help coordinate and execute weekend events and banquets as required.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: A neat appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late nights.
