Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservation inquiries and optimize room assignments
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
- Maintain accurate guest records and communication logs
- Uphold brand standards during peak weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/front desk experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Long Beach attractions
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
