Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Manage room inventory and coordinate housekeeping requests with precision

- Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Basic knowledge of Detroit attractions and local amenities
- Valid Michigan driver's license (for airport runs)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Food Handler's certification preferred
