Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room availability for weekend occupancy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with event setup and special weekend guest requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible weekend availability (Fri-Sun, including holidays)
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, Delphi)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during high-volume periods
- Valid Maryland Food Handler's certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Baltimore tourism attractions
- Must pass background check and drug screening
