Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, addressing guest inquiries and requests.
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations for visitors.
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily financial reports.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light furniture.
