Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout the guest stay
- Manage room reservations and handle billing inquiries accurately
- Assist with luggage and guest transportation requests
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform daily maintenance checks of common areas
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in all guest-facing areas
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we train!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid Texas driver's license (if driving shuttle)
