Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to strict quality standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) in guest rooms.
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, laundry areas, and exterior spaces.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored safely and returned to the correct location.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; full training provided.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and rotating holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, guest-first attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
