Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk, including check-ins/check-outs and reservation management
- Assist with valet parking, luggage handling, and guest inquiries
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of public areas (lobbies, restrooms, elevators)
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational excellence
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with accuracy
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
- Complete shift reports and document guest feedback
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays)
