Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during weekend shifts at the front desk
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and manage room assignments
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Perform basic housekeeping duties including room cleaning and restocking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas (lobby, restrooms)
- Operate reservation systems and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – training provided!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)

- Must be 18+ years old
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
