Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, including check-in, check-out, and assistance with inquiries
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and common areas
- Assist with managing reservations and front desk operations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth weekend operations
- Report any maintenance concerns or safety issues to management
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
