Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using the property management system.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and service needs to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Stock and replenish amenities in guest rooms and public spaces, including towels, toiletries, and linens.
- Ensure all safety protocols and cleaning standards are strictly followed at all times.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping management to coordinate schedules and tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) and holidays as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
