Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet guests warmly and assist with any inquiries or requests during your shift.
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Housekeeping Tasks: Change linens, make beds, replenish toiletries, and ensure amenities are stocked.
- Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Laundry: Sort, wash, and fold linens and guest laundry as required.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Standards Compliance: Adhere to all hotel policies, safety protocols, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods; ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for cleanliness and detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
