Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest services including check-in/out assistance and local recommendations
- Manage VIP requests and coordinate with housekeeping/restaurant teams
- Handle reservation changes and troubleshoot guest inquiries promptly
- Execute seamless event coordination for weekend weddings and corporate events
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Houston attractions and transportation options
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with precision
- Uphold brand standards through consistent professionalism and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or luxury customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays (5am-2pm or 2pm-11pm shifts)
- Proficient in Opera property management system
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Fluent English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
