- Process guest requests and resolve issues with discretion

Qualifications
- 1+ years of luxury hospitality or concierge experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Deep familiarity with Washington DC landmarks and culture
- Ability to work weekends and holidays (Fri-Sun schedule)
