Join our luxury downtown hotel team as a Weekend Concierge and deliver exceptional guest experiences during high-demand Saturday-Sunday shifts. This role requires dynamic hospitality professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments while creating memorable moments for our international clientele.
Responsibilities
- Manage guest inquiries, bookings, and VIP requests with precision
- Coordinate transportation, dining reservations, and local attraction recommendations
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using Opera property management system
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues
- Upsell premium services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain detailed logs of guest preferences and special requests
Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury hotel concierge or guest services experience
- Exceptional knowledge of Los Angeles attractions, events, and transportation
- Fluency in English; bilingual (Spanish/Mandarin) preferred
- Proficiency with hotel PMS systems and Microsoft Office
- Flexible weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday shifts)
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
