Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service with personalized Louisville recommendations and itinerary planning
- Manage VIP requests, reservations, and special event coordination for weekend guests
- Operate hotel management systems (Opera, Delphi) with precision and efficiency
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly while maintaining calm under pressure
- Collaborate with housekeeping, valet, and food/beverage teams for flawless operations
- Execute turndown services and room status updates with meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury hotel or high-end hospitality experience required
- Expert knowledge of Louisville attractions, dining, and entertainment
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and reservation software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Kentucky driver's license with clean driving record (for valet coordination)
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 25 lbs
