Responsibilities
- Curate and execute bespoke NYC experiences including theater bookings, restaurant reservations, and VIP access
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and resolve complex service inquiries
- Collaborate with F&B and event teams to create seamless weekend guest journeys
- Maintain deep knowledge of NYC attractions, transportation, and seasonal events
- Process guest requests through our proprietary hospitality management system
- Train weekend staff on service standards and emergency protocols
- Generate detailed guest preference profiles for personalized future stays
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury hotel concierge or high-end customer service experience
- Extensive NYC network and relationships with premium vendors
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Fluency in English; additional languages strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Opera or similar hotel management systems
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Valid NYC Food Protection Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
