Responsibilities
- Provide personalized recommendations and reservations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional service standards
- Coordinate transportation arrangements including taxis, rideshares, and private vehicles
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests
- Act as a brand ambassador reflecting Philadelphia's unique character
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel or high-end hospitality experience
- Extensive knowledge of Philadelphia attractions, restaurants, and events
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to work weekends and holidays consistently
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license preferred
- Multilingual abilities (Spanish/French) highly desirable
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
