Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and entertainment
- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with precision and warmth
- Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping, valet, and front desk teams
- Handle high-volume check-ins/check-outs during peak weekend periods
- Uphold brand standards while troubleshooting guest concerns with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hospitality or concierge experience
- Deep knowledge of Portland's weekend hotspots, events, and transportation
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments with multitasking finesse
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
