Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest assistance with local recommendations, reservations, and transportation arrangements
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with precision and warmth during high-traffic weekend periods
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with solution-oriented approaches
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless service delivery
- Maintain detailed knowledge of San Francisco events, attractions, and seasonal offerings
- Execute upselling strategies for premium room packages and amenities
- Utilize property management systems (Opera/PMS) efficiently
Qualifications
- 1+ years luxury hospitality or concierge experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with hotel management systems
- Valid California Food Handler Card (required)
- Flexible weekend availability (Fri-Sun, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
