Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Operations: Manage hotel reservations, answer phone inquiries, and handle correspondence efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Administrative: Maintain accurate records of guest stays and handle billing inquiries professionally.
- Lobby Management: Monitor lobby areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technology: Proficiency with hotel management software (PMS) and MS Office Suite.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
