Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk and via phone/email
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Arrange transportation and local activity bookings
- Maintain accurate reservation and billing records
- Uphold brand standards in appearance and conduct
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience required
- Flexible weekend availability (Fri-Sun shifts)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Jacksonville attractions and services
- Proficient with hotel management software (e.g., Opera)
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
