Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera property management system
- Handle reservation inquiries, room assignments, and billing discrepancies with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining service excellence standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational efficiency
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Upsell premium amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Execute emergency procedures and security protocols as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Available Saturdays and Sundays with flexible scheduling
- Valid California driver's license (for valet duties)
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- TSS certification (or willingness to obtain)
