- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and packages to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain organized front desk area and lobby appearance
- Assist with emergency procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Basic mathematical skills for financial transactions
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for shuttle duties)
