Responsibilities
- Manage all front desk operations during weekend shifts (check-ins/check-outs, room assignments)
- Process payments and resolve billing inquiries with precision
- Provide personalized recommendations for Fort Worth attractions and dining
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Handle emergency situations calmly and per hotel protocols
- Maintain accurate guest records in property management system
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Weekend availability required (Friday-Sunday, 6am-2pm)
- Proficiency with Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Texas Food Handler certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license (required for local errands)
- Spanish language skills highly desirable
