Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and efficiency (concierge services, room adjustments, special arrangements)
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with accuracy
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Maintain detailed knowledge of resort amenities, local attractions, and events
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold resort standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic computer skills and cash handling experience
