Responsibilities
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out processes for weekend guests using PMS systems
- Handle guest inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Operate hotel switchboard and manage reservation system updates
- Upsell premium rooms and amenities to enhance guest experience
- Execute emergency procedures with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hospitality
- Proven ability to work weekends and holidays without exception
- Proficiency with Opera or similar hotel management software
- Strong multitasking skills in high-pressure scenarios
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic knowledge of Wichita attractions and local services
- Valid driver's license for potential errands
