Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests with efficiency and personalized attention using Opera PMS
- Manage reservation inquiries and optimize room allocations for weekend demand
- Process payments, handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms and resort amenities
- Complete nightly audit reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- TAMPA-BAY area residency required
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation
