Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Execute detailed room turnover procedures with precision and efficiency
- Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols
- Address guest requests promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with housekeeping team for seamless weekend operations
- Report maintenance issues and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Valid work authorization for the United States
- Basic English proficiency for guest interactions
- Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices preferred
