Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences during weekend check-in/check-out processes
- Execute housekeeping standards for guest rooms and common areas
- Manage food service operations in hotel restaurant/bar venues
- Coordinate with maintenance and security teams for seamless operations
- Process reservations and handle billing transactions accurately
- Uphold brand standards through attentive guest interaction
- Train and mentor new weekend shift team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Weekend availability (Fri-Sun) with flexible scheduling
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Valid North Carolina food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
