Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and bell staff during weekend shifts
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalated issues promptly
- Coordinate check-in/check-out processes for high-volume weekends
- Monitor room inventory and maintenance requests
- Train new staff on weekend-specific procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS hotel systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Albuquerque hospitality knowledge a plus
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking skills
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
- Flexible schedule availability
