Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, corridors, and guest rooms to the highest standards.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist in transporting luggage and providing directions or recommendations for local attractions.
- Monitor security cameras and patrol assigned areas to ensure guest safety and property security.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or replacing linens, as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
