Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a premium first impression.
- Manage front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and key card distribution.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional service recovery.
- Monitor the lobby and public areas to ensure cleanliness and high standards of presentation.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Process payments accurately and maintain accurate financial records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and emergency procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (e.g., lifting luggage).
- Proficiency with hotel management software or POS systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure.
