Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations during high-volume weekend periods.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping departments for timely room turnovers.
- Process payments accurately and maintain financial records for the shift.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Assist in maintaining the lobby and public areas to uphold our high aesthetic standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
