Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations for all weekend shifts.
- Supervise housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all areas meet our rigorous cleanliness and safety standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management for hotel supplies and amenities.
- Ensure strict compliance with all hotel safety, security, and operational protocols.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors to the property.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in hotel management software or Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
