Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk operations and lobby areas during weekend shifts to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage and mentor a small team of front-line staff, including front desk agents and bell services.
- Handle high-level guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with poise and professionalism.
- Conduct nightly security checks and ensure the property is secure and well-maintained.
- Process check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently using our property management system.
- Maintain accurate financial logs and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, safety protocols, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality management or a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
