As a Weekend Shift Supervisor, you'll ensure seamless guest experiences while managing front desk, housekeeping, and concierge teams. Our modern hotel features premium amenities including rooftop pool, spa services, and fine dining – perfect for showcasing your leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
- Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain AAA Four-Diamond standards
- Coordinate with maintenance and security teams for facility management
- Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Train and mentor weekend staff on service excellence protocols
- Monitor inventory levels for guest supplies and amenities
- Prepare shift reports and operational summaries for management
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Valid Texas Food Handler/Seller certification preferred
- Proficiency in Opera property management system
- Fluent English/Spanish bilingual skills mandatory
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Flexible weekend availability (Fri-Sun shifts)
- Texas Hotel/Motel Operator License preferred
- Experience with PMS reporting analytics
